Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-08- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WOOD POND HILLS 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, David Segal, President of BLH Development and Wood Pond Hills Properties, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ram~y: Out. lots F and G, Wood Pond Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on March 6, 1990 the Rarnsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Wood Pond Hills; and WHEREAS, on November 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Wood Pond Hills and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 14, 1991 and recommended acceptance of land for the trail corridor and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 17, 199I and approved the preliminary plat for Wood Pond Hills; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 24, 1992, and approved the f'mal plat of Wood Pond Hills; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 8, 1992 and approved the final plat of Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Wood Pond Hills 3rd Addition in accordance w/th relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councqlmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of August, 1993.
