In accordance with the development agreement for <br />Wood Pond Hills, the park dedication for Wood Pond Hills 3rd Add/tion <br />will consist of a cash contribution in the amount of $600 per lot or <br />$25,200.00. Staff is also recommending that with the development of this <br />third phase, the park trail running along the west boundary of Lots 1 <br />through 10 of Block 2 be rough graded. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Planting. In accordance with the City Code <br />requirement for a landscape plan and the policy established by the Park and <br />Recreafon Commission on June 10, 1993, the development agreement will <br />require the developer to submit a tree preservation plan identifying trees to <br />be protected during construction. In addition, this plan will require <br />provisions for the planting of one 2-inch d/meter tree in the front yard of <br />each of the lots in the plat_ <br /> <br />Plat Mylars. The plat mylars have to be corrected to reflect David Segal <br />as the president of W'PH Properties, Inc. <br /> <br />The Ram.qey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, <br />1993 to consider your request for £mal plat approval of Wood Pond I-~ls 3rd <br />Add/tion. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any <br />questions that may arise.
