Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g'93-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JUNIPER WOODS <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BLH Development Company, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the CiD, of <br />Ramsey; <br /> <br />Outlot D, Juniper Woods Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 25, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the <br />prelimina0' plat for Juniper Woods; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 1989, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #89-08- <br />232 approving the final plat for Juniper Woods Addition. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 26, 1993, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to <br />Juniper Woods 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Oity Council hereby grants final plat approval of Juniper Woods 3rd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant Cit':,, Codes. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duJy seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon sail resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rnmsey City Council this <br />the ~ day of August, I993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />/Tz.. <br /> <br /> ! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
