In accordance w/th the development agreements for Juniper Woods <br />and Juniper Woods 2nd Addition, the park dedication for all 3 phases of Jun/per Woods <br />was to consist of the conveyance of land and a cash payment in the amount of $7300.00. <br />Kecords indicate that the land was conveyed to the City but the cash payment has not been <br />made. That payment will have to be satisfied prior to releasing the mylars for Jun/per <br />Woods 3rd Addition for recording; <br /> <br />In accordance with City Code requirement for a landscape plan and the Park and Recreation <br />Commission policy established on 3une 10, 1993, it is proposed that the Developer be <br />required to submit a rrm preservation plan indicating the existing trees on the property to be <br />preserved during construction and the planting of one tree in fhe front yard of each lot. <br /> <br />The Kamsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 1993 to consider <br />your request for final plat approval of Jun/per Woods 3rd Adrtifion. It is important that you, or <br />your representative, be present to answer any questions that may ar/se.
