IN STANHOPE TERRACE ADDITION <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />When Stanhope Terrace Addition was platted, an incorrect name was given to the east/west street. <br />This street was assigned 154th Avenue N.W. This street aligns with 154th Lane N.W. as platted <br />in Stanhope River Hills Addition. There is currently one house located on Lot 5, Block 1, <br />Stanhope Terrace. The owners have been notified of this pending change of their address from <br />4850 - 154th Avenue N.W. to 4850 - 154th Lane N.W. Anoka County, according to 1993 tax <br />rolls, already lists the address as 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />There are currently two new homes being built along this street in Stanhope Terrace Addition. <br />Both of these structures have been issued addresses reflecting this change. Due to the fact that the <br />house number is not set to change, only the street, this change is recommended to take effect on <br />January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />This ordinance was introduced at the September 14, 1993 Council meeting and is before you now <br />for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adopting Ordinance #93-XX changing the name of 154th Avenue N.W. in <br />Stanhope Terrace to 154th Lane N.W. effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance g93-XX changing the name of 154th Avenue N.W. in Stanhope <br />Terrace to 154th Lane N.W. effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Project Manager <br />City Engineer <br />Building Official <br /> <br />CC: 09/28/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
