IN THE RECORDED PLAT OF STANHOPE <br />TERRACE ADDITION. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. NAME CHANGE <br /> <br />The name of 154th Avenue N.W. is hereby changed to I54th Lane N.W. as shown on the <br />recorded plat of Stanhope Terrace Addition, effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
