However, the east fence line is visible from Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and it is <br />recommended that this portion of fence consist of a six (6) foot wood privacy type to eliminate <br />view of the impounded vehicles from the public fight-of-way. In addition, the impound lot is at a <br />lower grade than Sunfish Lake Blvd. and therefore it has been recommended that trees be planted <br />in the front lawn of the site to intensify screening the operation from the public-right-of-way. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of the request for a <br />conditional use permit contingent upon the applicant entering into a conditional use permit <br />agreement. In addition, there should be a time frame established for the planting of the trees if the <br />conditional use permit is to be approved.
