Proposed Findings of Fact Proposed Conditional Use Permit Recommendation: The Horse Care Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission have recommended approval of the request to maintain a horse at 15811 Okapi Street N.W. Because of the hardship in complying with setback requirements for barns or stables due to the unique shape of the parcel, the Horse Care Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission are recommending that the run-in shed be allowed to remain in its present location. The conditional use permit also requires the applicant to expend a reasonable effort to establish tree screening along the side property lines. Council Action: Motion to: Adopt Resolution ~93-10- adopting findings of fact pertaining to Carrie Olson's request to maintain a horse at 15811 Okapi Street N.W. -and- Motion to: Approve/deny Carrie Olson's request to maintain a horse at 15811 Okapi Street N.W. and adopt Resolution qg93-10~ declaring terms of conditional use permit.
