Canaday Surveying, dated received by the City on September 8, 1993. <br />We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />General: <br />13 of Block 1, North.fork Point Addition. tt is our understanding that the well for the home <br />on what is currently Lot 11 was erroneously placed on Lot 12. <br />minor subdivision is for the purpose of shifting ail the common property lines so that the <br />welt w/il be appropriately located on the lot it serves. <br /> <br />Lots Sizes and Dimensions: <br />preliminary plat, the minimum lot width is 160 feet, except for cul-de-sac lots, and the <br />mirfimum tot area is 1 acre. The proposed development agreement <br />is enclosed for your review. I strongly suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the <br />meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
