This expansion, as defined in the Major Comprehensive
Plan Amendment delivered with your agenda, will extend the MUSA line out to the 153rd/155th
Crosstown arterial. Please review your copy of the plan prior to the meeting as you will need to
recommend changes and provide input for the City Staff as to possible changes to the document.

City Staff will be meeting with the Metropolitan Council in the future as to possible changes to the
amendment. After we receive those changes the document will be returned to the City Council for
approval.

Recommendations:

City Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the proposed Major Comprehensive Plan
Amendment.

Council Action:

Motion to approve/deny Resolution 93-11-XX approving the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

Reviewed by:

City Administrator
Project Manager

C/C: 11/09/93
