Ail park districts will have received significant improvements since districts were <br />conceptualized in 1993. Home owners will be polied by disu'ict to ascertain park development <br />needs relative to their district into the next eentucy. <br /> <br />Soil and Water Conservation Service will conduct a study with, Ramsey's park facilities to <br />measure the efficacy of irrigation and fertilization using soil moisture testing and plant tissue <br />sampling. <br /> <br /> <br />
