Project #6 - Xkimo Street This street will be the north/south collector east of Trunk Highway #47 in the River's Bend 3rd subdivision. It wilt provide local residential traffic to its east and commercial traffic on the west side of the roadway. It is projected as a 1993 project but will occur simultaneously with development of River's Bend 3rd. It is projected as an assessment project with the portion not assessable picked up by MSA funds. This portion would be that above the residential or the commercial equivalent. Waco Street / Waco Drive Paving This project consists of the regrading and paving of 1,700 feet of dirt street located on Waco Drive N.W. and Waco Street N.W., north of 179th Lane N.W.. The existing streets are proposed to be graded and paved with a 28 foot wide suburban street section with bituminous curb. The project has been petitioned for by the benefited property owners. The estimated construction cost is $30,200 and overhead and previous paving costs will bring the total project cos~ to $43,200. This project is anticipated to be completed during the summer of 1993. ~O~XC Proiect X.ear Waco Drive / Street north of 179th 1993 $ 43,200 - Assessment $ 43,200 Project #8 - 149th Lane N.W. This project includes the extension of sanitary sewer, watermain and street restoration to 12 parcels fronting on 149th Lane N.W. west of the new Ramsey Meadows Addition. This improvement was petitioned for by the benefited property owners. The estimated project construction cost is $58,500 and the total project cost, including 3% overhead, is estimated to be $76,100.
