Frankly speaking, Lots 2, 3 and 4 are so inundated with stockpiles, debris, and inoperable <br />equipment that I don't see how that coupled with the end of the construction season will be <br />conducive to getting your new building constructed this year. You should consider this letter as <br />official notice to ctear and cease ali activity on Lots 2, 3 and 4 and bring Lot 1 into compliance by <br />November 30.
