Since my inspections in <br />October and November, it is apparent that Mr. Karst has been working to clean up Lots 2, 3 and ,4. However, <br />some outside storage of debris and inoperable equipment continues on the property. I also observed <br />employees preparing feedstock with cutting torches on the site. As for Lot 1, the fence screening remains in <br />unacceptable condition, a lugger of materials being stored outside the fenced area appeared to be very close to, <br />if not in the road right-of~way.
