Ramsey, MN 55303 Operations of facility PIN 27-32-25-43-0009 Dear Dan: On October 27, 1993, I sent you a letter noting violations of your conditional use permits for Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2. You were given until November 30, 1993 to bring Lot 1 into compliance and to clear and cease activity on Lots 2, 3 and 4 until the building is constructed. Although it is evident that a fair amount of effort has been put forth to comply with my directives, it has been noted for the record that Lots 2, 3 and 4 continue to be used for conduct of operations (including preparation of feedstock) tbmt are not wholly within a building, and outside storage of debris and inoperable equipment. Consequently, I have scheduled a public hearing for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide City Council with the opportunity to receive public comment regarding activities on Lots 2, 3 and 4 and consider going forward with action necessary, to revoke the conditional use permit issued for those lots. I strongly suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the punic hearing to respond on your behalf to any questions or comments that are submitted to the City Council.
