I NOTICE OF PUBLIC IIEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 1993, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to review the application for a conditional nsc permit for the enclosed organic compost facility. The facility is proposed lo be located on the following legally described property: PIN 27-32-25-11-0004 Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, except that part of said quarter, quarter laying Northwesterly of the following described line: Com at the Northeast corner of said quarter, quarter then South 89 degrees 36 minutes 7 seconds West (assumed beating) along the North line of said quarter, quarter, 800 feet to the point of beginning, then south 5 degrees 8 minutes 53 seconds East 165 feet, then South 23 degrees 8 minutes 53 seconds East 314 feet then South 0 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds East 105.09 feet, then South 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds West 315.29 feet, then North 88 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West 350 feet more or less to the West line of said quarter, quarter and there term; also ex rd; subject to easement of record. an d PIN 27-32-25-12-0004 Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, except that ptu't of said quarter, quarter described as follows: Begin at a point on the North line of said quarter, quarter, 1780 feet West from the Northeast comer of the Northeast quarter, then south 50 degrees 23 minutes 53 seconds East 106 feet, then South 28 degrees 53 minutes 53 seconds East 59.3 feet then South 6 minutes 7 seconds West 262 feet, then South 18 degrees 13 minutes 53 seconds East 167.91 feet, then South 88 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East 280 feet more or less to the East line of said quarter, quarter, then North along said East line to said North line, then West along said North line to the point of beginning; also ex rd subject to easement of record.
