Absent: <br /> <br />Case #7: Discussion Regarding Park Fee Dedications: <br /> <br />Commissioner Shumway stated that the main thrust of park improvement money <br />being made available by Council is directed towards Central and River's <br />Bend Park. The Park Commission is requesting that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommend increasing park dedication fees to generate funds for <br />improvements at other city parks. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shumway requested that Ms. Norris report back to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission with information regarding Park Commission budget <br />requests and what items were approved and denied. Commissioner Shumway <br />requested that Ms. Norris also research the reason for which the City took <br />action to decrease park dedication fees some years ago. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen requested being provided with figures comparing <br />existing and previous park dedication requirements on a per acre basis. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Howell to adjourn <br />the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Howell, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None.
