APPROVAL.OF ~LANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />approve Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated <br />January 5, 1988 with the following correction: <br /> <br />Page 5 - Case #3 - 3rd Paragraph - 1st Line - Should read as follows: <br />'The Commission consensus was to not allow a metes and bounds <br />subdivision . . .'. <br /> <br />Motion carried. City Council regular meeting minutes dated January 12, 1988. <br /> <br />NOTE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION METING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1. Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated December <br /> 10, 1987. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Appoint Chairman And Vice,Chairman Of The Commission Fo~ 1988: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />table appointment of Chairman and Vice-Chairman until a meeting when more <br />of the Commissioners are present. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Howell, <br />LaDue and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holm, <br />Terry and Shumway. <br /> <br />Request For Wild Animal License: Case 0f Mr.. Tom. Guyer: <br /> <br />Mr. Guyer noted receipt of a letter from Ms. Norris dated January 11, 1988 <br />listing information that must be submitted with his application for a wild <br />animal license. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen inquired if an electrical fence meets the ordinance <br />specs for a secondary enclosure. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that it is the Commission's responsibility to <br />determine whether an electrical fence will accomplish the ordinance intent <br />for a secondary enclosure. <br /> <br />The Commissioners had varying opinions on whether or not an electric fence <br />meets the criteria for a secondary enclosure. <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission/February 2, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
