Absent: Commissioners Shumway, Holm <br /> <br />Review Of Sketch Plan For Property East Of Riverside West: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich presented copies of a sketch plan for property located <br />directly east of Riverside West, owned by Mr. Ed Hamilton and Mr. Winslow <br />Holasek. Mr. Goodrich noted that the city is in the process of acquiring <br />easements for MSA Front Street, sewer and water and storm sewer <br />improvements. Part of the easement agreement is allowing the property <br />owner sewer services in the street and to do that, the property owner needs <br />to know how the plat will be developed. If the Commission agrees with the <br />sketch plan, the city will continue to negotiate sewer service locations. <br /> <br />The Commission agreed with the sketch plan but noted that lot lines should <br />be at right angles to the road. <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission/February 2, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
