Absent: Commissioners Shumway, Holm Case #5: Request For Sketch _Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Jack Miller: Mr. Jack Miller and Mr. Dickman Knutson were present requesting sketch plan review of their proposed subdivision of Outlot B, Rum Acre Estates which consists of 75 single family lots. Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen advising Mr. Jack Miller to proceed to preliminary plat stage using sketch plan alternative Cl. Motion carried. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, Holm Case #6: Request For Sketch Plan Review; Case Of Mr. gichard. Sybrmn~: Mr. Sybrant was present requesting sketch plan review of his proposed subdivision of 40 acres located east of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and north of Central Park into 15 single family lots to be accessed by a series of cul- de-sacs. Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend that Mr. Sybrant proceed to the preliminary plat stage with the recommendation that Chameleon Street be extended to the west property line and that Alpaca Street be extended to the north property line. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, Holm Review Of Sketch Plan For Property East Of Riverside West: Mr. Goodrich presented copies of a sketch plan for property located directly east of Riverside West, owned by Mr. Ed Hamilton and Mr. Winslow Holasek. Mr. Goodrich noted that the city is in the process of acquiring easements for MSA Front Street, sewer and water and storm sewer improvements. Part of the easement agreement is allowing the property owner sewer services in the street and to do that, the property owner needs to know how the plat will be developed. If the Commission agrees with the sketch plan, the city will continue to negotiate sewer service locations.
