Case ~2 Request for Sketch Plan Review of Green Valley Estates 2nd <br /> Addition; Case of Mr. Gerald Bauer <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to table <br />this issue until the Park and Recreation Commission has a chance to review it. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway= Holm <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />Case #3 Consider Amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to place <br />this case at the end of the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway= Holm <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />Case #4 Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivision; Case of Mr. Tom Kurak <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend <br />for approval of Mr. Kurak's request for a metes and bounds subdivision of the <br />west 25 acres (467 feet) of the Schenk property, provided that the 25 acres <br />remains as one parcel. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway~ Holm <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />C~se #5 Request for Review of County Road #116 Right-of-Way; Case of <br /> Mr. Tom Kurak. <br /> <br />Mr. Kurak was present and requested that the Commission review the County Road <br />#116 right-of-way to determine a final alignment for that street. Commissioner <br />Terry suggested that the alignment should be the southern one to allow <br />industrial access from both north and south; such an alignment would remove <br />industrial traffic from residential streets. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman to table <br />discussion of this item to a special meeting with the Economic Development <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Zimmerna, Commissioners Terry, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, Holm <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />~se #6: Request for Conditional Use Permit to Hold an Outdoor Wrestlin~ <br /> Match; Case of Nord Motors: <br /> <br />John Stanchfield representing Nord Motors was present.
