Mr. Baehr stated that the <br />business would be secondary; he has full-time employment elsewhere. Mr. <br />Baehr stated that the type of welding he would do would be "nuisance" <br />welding. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact and recommended that <br />an additional finding be included: <br /> <br />#16.
