Absent: Commissioners Holm, Howell <br /> <br />C~se #8 Request for Conditional Use Permit to Expand Church Facility; <br /> Case of Cross of Hope Lutheran Church <br /> <br />A representative of Vanman Construction was present and explained that <br />Cross of Hope is proposing to expand the existing sanctuary and fellowship <br />hall and add a 4,000 square foot addition to be used for classrooms and <br />meeting space. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact and recommended the <br />following revision: <br /> <br />#5. That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 4,840 square foot <br /> addition to the existing church facility on the subject property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the findings of fact as amended relating <br />to the request by Cross of Hope Lutheran Church for a conditional use <br />permit to expand. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />LaDue and Terry. <br />and Shumway. <br /> <br />Voting yes: <br />Voting no: <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />None.
