Qr Metes And bouB.ds ~Subdivision: Case .Of Mr. Ha,rlan <br /> Fuchs:. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris recalled that the Commission approved Mr. Fuchs' request for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision at their meeting on May 3rd. Ms. Norris noted <br />that the access to the existing lot is unimproved; an access will be <br />required to the newly created lot; requested clarification regarding the <br />extent of i~rovements that will be required for the access. <br /> <br />The Commission directed that the access to the new lot should be improved <br />to at least a Class 5 consistent with the existing access. <br /> <br />Discuss .Highway #10 Corridor Study: <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to discuss the Highway #10 Corridor Study at the <br />joint meeting scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on May 25, 1988 with the Economic <br />Development Commission. <br /> <br />Information Items: <br /> <br />The Commission noted information items contained in the May 3, 1988 agenda. <br /> <br />Case ~14: Requ_ est .F. or Metes And Bounds .Subdivision: Case Of Mr. Vern <br /> Weave~.: <br /> <br />Mr. David Weaver was present representing his father, Vern Weaver, and <br />requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of a 13 acre parcel on Jarvis <br />Street.
