That the Building shall be used for storage of personal property and that no commercial <br /> activity of any type shall be permitted in the Building unless in accordance with City Code. <br /> 9. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by May 7, 2016, and <br /> issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an <br /> extension of time in which to complete the Variance.
