Absent: <br />Commissioner Holm. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend <br />Item #7 of the proposed findings of fact to read as follows: 'That the <br />Applicants have stated that the dogs they keep are dachshunds and that <br />these animals are primarily kept within the home.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Terry, LaDue, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner tlolm. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend adoption of findings of fact, as amended, relating to the Zangla <br />request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners $humway~ <br />Terry, LaDue, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />recommend approval of the Zangla's request for a conditional use permit <br />based on the findings of fact. Further, to amend the conditional use <br />permit as follows: <br /> <br />Item #3 should read: 'No dog shall routinely be permitted to be left <br />unattended in the open fenced area while no one is at the home.' <br /> <br />Motion carried.
