discussion, the Commission's opinion was that there may be some confusion <br />as to setback requirements in the ordinance, but that the Commission would <br />rely on the interpretation as stated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman to <br />recommend that City Council approve the site plan of Holiday Stationstores, <br />Inc., and the proposed development agreement with the following <br />modifications: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />That the city engineer review storm water run-off calculations and <br />determine appropriate ponding in order to prevent an increase in <br />water problems on the subject property; <br /> <br />b) That access from Highway #10 be limited to right turn-in only. <br /> <br />Amendment by Chairman Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Hendr iksen to <br />further modify the proposed development agreement for the Holiday <br />Stationstores, Inc. site plan as follows: <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />That the development agreement include some provision for future <br />access to County Road #56 from the planned service road proposed <br />to run parallel with the railroad tracks. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners <br />Hendriksen, Terry and LaDue. Voting No: None.
