5.FINANCING <br />5.1Opinion of Cost <br />AppendixB <br />A detailed opinion of probable costsfor the proposed improvements can be found in <br />of this report. <br />The opinion of probable costsincorporatesanticipated 2015construction costs for the proposed <br />streetimprovementsandassociated grading, curb and gutter, driveway, storm sewer, sidewalk, <br />turf establishment, erosion control, mailbox, and signing and striping improvements, as well as a <br />10% constructioncontingency and 25% indirect costsfor administrative, engineering, financing <br />and legal costs.Costs for public utilities (watermain and sanitary sewer) are also included in the <br />opinion of probable costs, but are tabulated separately.
