EXHIBIT C <br />List of Required Documents <br />Copies of the following: <br />• Exiting title policies, title commitments and surveys; <br />• Real estate tax statements and other tax bills (including special assessments) affecting the <br />Property for the last two calendar years; <br />• All inspections, reports, clearances and other documentation issued by any Governmental <br />Authority having jurisdiction of the Property in the last three calendar years; <br />• Any environmental reports in connection with the Property in Seller's possession; <br />• Copy of the plat for the Property; and <br />• All other material Contracts, Reports, and Warranties not specifically referenced above <br />(as each term is defined in the foregoing Agreement). <br />
