Case #3 <br /> <br />REVIEW PRELIMINARY PLAT OF ART BULOW FOR PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> By: Merland Otto, Acting Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Art Bulow is proposing a subdivision of the property located south <br />of Hwy. #10 N.W. and east of the proposed extension of Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd N.W.. The two lots on the northern portion of the plat are lots <br />of record and three new lots are included in the plat. The south lots <br />(along the Mississippi River) will be single family residential. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br /> a) site location map <br />b) Proposed subdivision <br />c) Proposed trail system map <br />d) Letter from Hakanson Anderson Associates. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed Mississippi River multi-use trail traverses the property. <br />This is envisioned as a two treadway system through the city of Ramsey <br />as indicated on the trail plan. <br /> <br />The adjoining parcel is Mr. Todd Ellofson's where a 35' corridor width <br />has been recommended.
