Case #4 <br /> <br />REVIEW PLAT OF RIVERVIEW ESTATES FOR PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> By: Merland Otto, Acting Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Todd Elofson is proposing a subdivision of the property located <br />south of Hwy. #10 N.W. and west of the proposed extension of Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd. N.W. The northern portion of the plat will be developed <br />commercially and the southern portion of the plat consists of six <br />single family residential lots along the Mississippi River. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />Proposed trail system map <br />Letter from Merland Otto to Randy Ellofson <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Messrs. Todd and Randy Ellofson appeared before the Parks Commission <br />in September to discuss proposed park dedication.
