Section ll0.014.A.e - "Trunk highways, county state aid roads, cot~nty <br />roads" - These terms are not well defined and if they refer to the road <br />right-of-way, the ordinance does not bring much relief to persons living on <br />MSA and county roads. <br /> <br />2. Section ll0.014.A.f - "On City streets only between the hours of .... <br />Does this mean snowmobilers can ride on county and state roads during all <br />hours? <br /> <br />3. Section l10.014.B.1 - Implies that the only place there is a speed <br />limit is on City streets. <br /> <br />Case #3: Review Proposed Plat Of Cart Addition For Park Dedicatio~ <br /> Requirements: <br /> <br />Merland Otto noted that Carr Addition is a 160 acre parcel located north of <br />Northfork and abuts Autumn Heights on the east; it is an area proposed for <br />multi-trail. Mr. Otto recommended acquiring all of the land south of Trott <br />Brook and a 75 foot corridor along the northern boundary of the property <br />for park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to <br />recommend that City Council acquire all of the land south of Trott Brook <br />and a 75 foot corridor along the northern boundary of the property to <br />satisfy park dedication requirements for Cart Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Lichter, Commissioners Hetlamd, <br />Lokker and Prall. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Rustad, <br />Shumway and Johnson. <br /> <br />Review Proposed Plat Of David Weaver For Park Dedication ~equirement$: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that Mr. Weaver is proposing a subdivision of a 13 acre <br />parcel located east of Jarvis into one 6 acre and one 7 acre parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Hetland to <br />direct City Staff to negotiate with Mr. David Weaver and North Fork, Inc. <br />to acquire a corridor of land desirable for use in the multi-trail system; <br />failing that, require cash to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Lichter, Commissioners Hetland, <br />Lokker and Prall. Voting No: None.
