Re~ardin~ Locking Of Gate Into <br />Ball Diamond Area In Central Park: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Johnson <br />recommending Council adopt a policy whereby the gate to the ball <br />diamond area be locked at all times, that keys to that gate be <br />retained by the Police Department and the Public Works Department, <br />that in the event emergency access is required to the ball diamond <br />area the Police Department be called to the scene, and that signs <br />be posted specifying 'No Motorized Vehicles Allowed' and 'Curfew <br />Hours' <br /> P & R/August 23, 1984 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
