Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt Ordinance #82-7 to rezone the following described property from Residential to Recreational Open Space (ROS): That property located southeast of the intersection of State Highway #47 and 167th Avenue NW, which property is specifically legally described as follows: The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying east of State Highway #47 and south of the north 331.3 feet, all in Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting No: None. Councilmember Cox resumed discussion on Case #2, Item d. d. Changing from Business to Rural Business (RB-la): Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner for discussion, to adopt Ordinance #82-5 to rezone the following described properties from Business to Rural Business (RB-la): That property generally located in the vicinity of the Wayside Park, which property is specifically legally described as follows: That portion of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the Burlington Northern Railroad northerly right of way line and westerly of the west line of Lot 1, Block 1 in Itasca Heights extended. That property located in the vicinity of 169th Avenue NW and Armstrong Boulevard, which property is specifically legally described as follows: Lot l, Block 3, Autumn Heights, located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. That property lying southwest of the intersection of Variolite Street NW and 173rd Avenue NW, which property is specifically legally described as follows: Lots 6 and 7, Block l, Golden Eagle Estates, located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
