Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to adopt Ordinance #82-7 to rezone the following described <br />property from Residential to Recreational Open Space (ROS): <br /> <br />That property located southeast of the intersection of State <br />Highway #47 and 167th Avenue NW, which property is specifically <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and that part of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying east of State <br />Highway #47 and south of the north 331.3 feet, all in <br />Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
