Changing from Residential to Rural Business (RB-la): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to adopt the findings of fact on the proposed zoning of <br />the following des~cribed property from Residential to Rural Business <br />(RB- la): x~ ~c~]~,~ ~f/~ ~.~ :~~ ~c'~//~z <br />That property located south of the intersection of State Highway #47 <br />and 167th Avenue NW, which property is specifically legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The north 426.3 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast <br />1/4 of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to adopt Ordinance #82-6 to rezone the following described property <br />from Residential to Rural Business (RB-la): <br /> <br />That property located south of the intersection of State Highway #47 <br />and 167th Avenue NW, which property is specifically legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 426.3 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast <br />1/4 of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Changing from Residential to Recreational Open Space (ROS): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councitmember <br />Sorteberg to adopt the findings of fact on the proposed rezoning <br />of the following described~property from Residential to Recreational <br />Open Space (ROS):.xZ~ <br /> <br />That property located southeast of the intersection of State Highway <br />#47 and 167th Avenue NW, which property is specifically legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and that part of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying east of State <br />Highway #47 and south of the north 331.3 feet, all in <br />Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
