He made a <br />presentation of the preventive maintenance program to the Council, <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to approve of entering into a maintenance agreement with <br />Honeywell Preferred Service to maintain mechanical equipment at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center as stipulated in the agreement, Further, <br />to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign said <br />agreement for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Cox, Reimann and Van Wagner, <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Case #5 Mr. Oren Lemke's PropOsal Reg'ardi.ng Us'e Of' City Land: <br /> <br />Council notes receiving letter from Attorney Goodrich dated February <br />22, 1982 regarding City's alternatives relating to selling of leas~ <br />ing the property the City acquired from First Guaranty to Mro Oren <br />Lemke. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the property in question is the most valuable <br />piece of property the City owns and that Mr. Lemke's request should <br />be reviewed very carefully. He also stated that he feels there could <br />be a lot of policing problems if Mr. Lemke's proposed park is approved. <br />As far as the ballroom itself is concerned, Mayor Gamec feels it would <br />be best if Mr. Lemke situated this structure on a separate parcel of <br />purchased property. <br /> <br />C/February 22, 1982 <br /> Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
