Case #2 <br /> <br />Rediscussion of Case #2, Council Old Business, February <br />22, 1982 (Regarding ~eleting From Ordinance #82-5~ Parcel <br />"D" Rezoning From B-l'to RBi-a That Total Par~el of Land <br />Located on the North Side of 167th Avenue at the Inter- <br />section of State High~ay #4~7):. <br /> <br />Council raise the question with the City Attorney if they should <br />take action on this issue at a special meeting. The Attorney <br />stated that he would rather they take action on this at a regular <br />meeting for the following reason: Inasmuch as the above land has <br />been technically rezoned from B-1 to RBi-a, this case should really <br />go to the Planning and Zoning Commission. However, do to the fact <br />it has not been published in the official paper and that the re- <br />zoning is to return to its original zoning there wasn't really a <br />problem. <br /> <br />In view of the above, Council directed that this case be put on the <br />regular Council meeting agenda for March 23, 1982. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann arrived at the meeting at 5:58 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox asked if they could take a tour of the lower area <br />that is being remodeled to review the construction work. Ail <br />Councilmembers toured the lower le~e!. <br /> <br />Council resumed meeting at 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #5 <br /> <br />Approval of Change Order Regarding Remodeling of Lower <br />Level of Ramsey Municipal Center: <br /> <br />Building Official Berg stated that Council would have to approve <br />of the following change orders: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Tile Change for floor area in kitchen - approximate $50.00 <br />increase <br /> <br />b) Paint hallway no. 14 - increase of $322.00 <br /> <br />c) Change all cabinets in kitchen a{ea to formica - increase <br /> of $379.50 ~ <br /> <br />d) Electrical items: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Exit light #13 on prio~ (exit in Police Car <br />Garage) cannot be put under ceiling <br /> <br />2) Junction Box in ceiling are in soffit, not <br /> accessible <br /> <br />Sp C/March 1, 1982 <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
