Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Case #1 Ramsey Comprehensive Plan: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he, City Engineer Raatikka, City Attorney <br />Goodrich and Councilman Cox had met with Mr. Charles Weaver, Chair- <br />man of the Metro Council, regarding the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />and the problem that the City was having in agreeing with the Metro <br />Council on the finalizing of the Plan. He stated that Mr. Weaver <br />said he would discuss this problem with his staff and get back to <br />the City. However, at the time of this meeting, Mr. Weaver had <br />not contacted any of the City Staff or elected officials on the <br />results of his meeting. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that in a recent discussion with <br />Mr. Jim Barton of the Metro Council he stated that Ramsey might want <br />to consider constructing lateral sanitary sewer line to connect with <br />the lateral line that serves the Dunham Oaks area in Anoka as in- <br />terim measure until there is a need for the second connection. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox stated that he didn't think this was very good plan- <br />ning to connect the lateral line serving Dunham Oaks. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that if the City does go with a density of one <br />(1) unit per 10 acres, then the City should require an agreement <br />with the Metro Council which would guarantee the second connection <br />for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Sp C/March 1, 1982 <br /> Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
