Case #2: Change Orders For Lower Level; Request For: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann to approve of the following change order <br />categories, as shown in the Ramsey Building Official's memo dated April <br />1982 to the City Administrator, except the +15% Overhead and Profit of <br />$161.39: <br /> <br />1) Electrical <br />2) Change kitchen floor tile <br />3) Drop fan and extend duct <br />4) Additional painting - Room #16 <br />5) Additional framing Room #19 <br />6) Fourteen (14) access panels <br /> Total <br /> <br />$459.50 <br /> 58.80 <br /> 85.00 <br /> 25.00 <br /> 125.00 <br /> 322.60 <br /> <br />$1,075.90 <br /> <br />Further, at the next regular Council Meeting have the Ramsey Building <br />Official report on the +15% Overhead and Profit of $161.39, as to whether <br />this is a proper cost item. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called for a second to the motion. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Review Of Ramsey Landfill Alternatives Established By.
