Mr. Raatikka - Ordinance is one access to main thoroughfare per 300' of frontage. Councilmember Cox recommends one access between Lots 2 and 3 onto Nowthen Blvd. that would line up with 148th. Council recessed at 11:25 P.M. Council called back to order at 11:40 P.M. Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Commons as submitted by Scandinavian Construction with the stipulation that there be one driveway onto Nowthen Blvd. Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox would approve motion providing easement is dedicated through exception (Mr. Kerssen's property). Mr. Sorteberg then rewords his motion as follows: Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Commons as submitted by Scandinavian Construction with the following stipulations: 1) Easement be dedicated to the City, including exception (Mr. Kerssen's property), as shown on the map. 2) Size of easement to be agreed upon between the City Engineer and Developer. 3) One access onto Nowthen Blvd. between Lots 2 and 3. 4) Contractor requirements should conform with the City Engineers report of May 20, 1982. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. COUNCIL THEN PROCEEDED WITH BILLS FOR APPROVAL. BILLS FOR APPROVAL Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconed by Councilmember Reimann to pay the bills in the amount of $95,887.06. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. COUNCIL THEN RETURNED TO COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS. Case #2: Land Title Summons: To be deleted from agenda as per City Attorney instructions. Case #3: Corrections To Council Minutes Of April 28, 1981: No action. Forwarded onto next council agenda.
