Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #3: Receiving And Accepting Bids For 1982 Public Improvement Projects <br /> #82-2, #82-3, #82-4, #82-5, #82-6, #82-7, #82-8 and #82-9: <br /> <br />Mr. Koshak advised Council that Buffalo Bituminous was low bidder. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox arrived. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #82-98 Receiving and Awarding Bid for Street Improvement Projects <br />#82-2, #82-3, #82-4, #82-5, #82-6, #82-7, #82-8 and #82-9 to Buffalo <br />Bituminous, further that said motion is subject to sale of bonds for 1982 <br />Public Improvement Projects. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #1: Receiving And Accepting Bond Bids For 1982 Public Improvement <br /> Projects: <br /> <br />Bids from Juran & Moody, First Bank of Minneapolis and Piper/Jaffray/Hopwood <br />were opened by Mayor Gamec and pertinent information read to Council and <br />audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #82-100 Awarding the Sale of $565,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds of 1982; Fixing Their Form and Specifications; Directing <br />Their Execution and Delivery; and Providing for Their Payment and further <br />to award the bid to the apparent low bidder of Juran & Moody, subject to <br />approval by the City Attorney. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #82-100). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner.
