COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Final Plat Approval, Request for; Case.. of Ram~.e~ Commons Sub- <br />division: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve of the final plat of the Ramsey Commons Subdivision when the <br />following listed items have been accomplished: <br /> <br />1) City Attorney's reviewal of the abstract of title as to the <br />marketability of it. <br /> <br />2) An address map is prepared as required by Article 170.0310 D.m. <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />3) The final plat shows the proposed ponding area shifted to the <br />north by 10 feet. The grading plan should be reviewed to reflect <br />this change. In addition, the proposed ponding area should be <br />raised two feet to provide the ponding capacity required. <br /> <br />4) The developer enter into a performance contract with the City <br />to complete the improvements. <br /> <br />Further, the developer of Ramsey Commons shall be required to prepare an <br />Urban Development Permit as required by Article 170.015 of the City Code <br />prior to issuance of any building permit. <br /> <br />Upon the above listed items being accomplished, the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor and the City Administrator to sign the abovesaid <br />plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Cox, Van Wagner and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Case #2: Combining of Lots on Bowers Drive; Case of Mr. Gene Waldowski: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #82-111 stating that Mr. Gene Waldowski's property at <br />14743 Bowers Drive remain as two (2) buildable lots and further to allow <br />Mr. Waldowski a variance to the lot size, for the lot on which the tennis <br />court is presently located, by taking enough footage from that lot so <br />there is a 10 foot side yard set back on the lot on which the house is <br />presently located. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-111) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Cox and <br />Van Wagner. Voting no: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Case #3: Conditional Use Permit to Operate Rental Business, Request For; <br /> <br /> Case of Mr. James Gilbertson: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van WAgner to <br />approve of granting a conditional use permit to Mr. James Gilbertson to operate <br /> <br />C/August 24, 1982 <br /> Page 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
