a rental business at 6141 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, providing Mr. <br />Gilbertson executes a conditional use agreement. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox - There is a problem with Mr. Gilbertson <br />wanting to advertise his rental business by parking equipment in front of the <br />liquor store, and his being the owner of the liquor store should not be a <br />consideration in this case because the equipment being parked there is creating <br />a traffic hazard. <br /> <br />Mr. Sorteberg then incorporated the following condition into the motion: <br /> <br />1. That no equipment can be displayed in front of the building set back <br /> line of the two existing buildings at the front of the property. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
