Councilmember Cox stated that <br />only City Officials and Staff should be noted as being present and possibly <br />County Officials, when they attend one of Ramsey's Council meetings. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to direct <br />Council Secretary to cease including "Others Present" in all future Council <br />Minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner amends her motion to approve the Regular Council <br />Minutes dated September 28, 1982 to include the above corrections. Council- <br />member Sorteberg seconds the amendment to the motion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NOTE BOARD AND COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he has been approached by a group of persons <br />interested in developing the City Park (former Raudio property), at no cost <br />to the City and no strings attached. Councilmember Cox also wanted to know <br />if any other member of Council objected to his presenting this proposed <br />development of the City Park to Ramsey's Park Board. <br /> <br />There was no objection from other Council members. <br /> <br />Council noted the following: <br /> <br />1.
