landfill and turn it into a source of energy. <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Peltzer then approached Council again and inquired it <br />it would be possible for Council to grant him a permit for his <br />mobile home until June 1, 1983 and that he would have a bond in ~o <br />the City on Wednesday, November 24, 1982. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that if a permit is granted, Mr. Peltzer would <br />have until Monday, November ~9, 1982 to get a bond in to the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox asked if Mr. Peltzer could provide the City <br />with a cash deposit. <br /> <br />Mr. Peltzer stated that cash would be a problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that he would like at least a verbal word <br />from Mr. Peltzer's bank that a bond is on it's way and a public <br />hearing could be scheduled at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle and Councilmember Reimann reiterated that the City <br />has been more than fair and Mr. Peltzer has not cooperated. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to allow Mr. Gerald Peltzer until 5:00 P.M. on Monday, November <br />29, 1982 to provide the City with a letter of credit and hearing <br />application, and further that Mr. Peltzer be responsible for <br />costs incurred for said hearing (~50.00). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, <br />Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting No: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #9: Health Insurance: <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />Case #10: Snow Plowing At Gateway North Industrial Airport: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox to authorize the City of Ramsey to enter into an agreement <br />with Gateway North Airport owners (Gateway North Industrial Park <br />and Anoka Aero) whereby the City will enter into a temporary <br />agreement to plow the snow at the airport for a one winter season. <br />The reason the City is getting involved is the fact that the <br />airport provides a public service to the citizens of Ramsey <br />and also serves as a ambulance airport for Mercy Hospital on <br />occasions. Further, the City hereby authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to sign an agreement between the City of <br />Ramsey and the above named owners of Gateway North Airport. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, <br />Sorteberg, Van Wagner.
