Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec informed Mrs. Tirevold that the beauty shop portion of her home <br />would be taxed on a commercial basis. <br /> <br />Case #3: Hunt's Bus Company's Request To Construct A 120' X 48' Pole Building: <br /> <br />Mr. Gregg Hall from Morton Buildings was present and submitted copies Of <br />the Building plan for the proposed construction at Hunt's Bus Company. <br />Mr. Hall stated that the proposed building will be used for storage of <br />buses. He also stated that there will be a floor in the building and <br />skylights will be installed instead of a sprinkling system. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that the City should be advising property owners in this <br />area that there is a potential for drainage problems because it is a low <br />area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec informed Mr. Hunt, who was also present at the meeting, that as <br />soon as 1984, Mr. Hunt could be assessed for sewer and water (which would be <br />approximately $25,000-$30,O00/acre) and that even though Mr. Hunt does not <br />require sewer and water because the land is being used for storage, he will <br />be assessed. Mayor Gamec also requested that staf~ make sure that Mr. Hunt <br />is notified of the public improvement assessment hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to approve authorization for Hunt's BUs Company to construct a 120' X 48' <br />pole building on property owned at about 140th Avenue NW and Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br />NW, further that Hunt's Bus Company enter into a development agreement with <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Van Wagner and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Mr. James Gilbertson's Request To Address The On-Sale Liquor License: <br /> <br />Mr. Gilbertson had some questions regarding subdividing when sewer and <br />water are installed along Hwy. 10, legal description versus platting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that these matter will be discussed with the <br />Ad Hoc for Public Improvements Committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Gilbertson requested authorization from Council that a $400 investigation <br />fee be waived regarding the Side Door Lounge which he is now contemplating <br />proceeding with. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg authorizing <br />staff to waive the $400 investigation fee for the liquor license application <br />for Mr. James Gilbertson, for a period of one year. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
