#110 - Industry Blvd. up to Cry. Rd. #5 <br /> <br />#111 - From State Hwy. #47 up to 153rd Lane along Xkimo Street <br /> <br />Proposing to delete Juniper Ridge Drive from 153rd down to approximately <br />148th Lane. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter stated that deleting Juniper Ridge Drive would <br />reopen a cul-de-sac for which there is Council agreement documented in <br />minutes to the effect that this cul-de-sac will remain closed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner noted that these proposed changes do have an <br />affect on certain residents and they should be notified. Councilmember <br />Van Wagner stated that she can go along with #110 but #111 is not a <br />minor issue and deserves further consideration. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired as to why the City couldn't stay with the present <br />plan utilizing Juniper Ridge Drive? <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that the present plan is about % mile short of <br />meeting the City's allocation requirement. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that there are potential problems with 153rd; at <br />some point in time the State will request the City to connect, buy it <br />back or leave is on the MSA system. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the yearly amending of this MSA map in <br />order to come up with enough mileage so the City can obtain it's <br />allocation. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular Council meeting back to order at 9:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Council resumed Case #6.c Engineering, MSA Realignment. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #83-194 revising Municipal State Aid Street System <br />regarding that: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The segment on Municipal State Aid Street ~105 between nonexistent <br />Xkimo Street Northwest at 148th Lane Northwest and Roanoke Street <br />Northwest at 153rd Avenue Northwest be deleted from the Municipal <br />State Aid Street System. <br /> <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-194). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #83-195 revising Municipal State Aid Street System <br />regarding that the following described road be established as a Municipal <br />State Aid Street of Ramsey: <br /> <br />1) Nonexistent Dyprosium Street Northwest between County Road No. 116 <br /> (Industry Avenue Northwest) and C.S.A.H. #5 (Nowthen Blvd. NW.) <br /> <br />C/October 25, 1983 <br />Page 15 of 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
