Assistant Public Works Director Olson replied the parking ramp is currently in the design phase. <br />They will continue to aggressively pursue additional grant opportunities. The hope is to get it <br />constructed this year, but it is not certain that will be done. <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmerman questioned if the City would lose funding for the Park and Ride. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson responded in the negative. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen inquired about regional roadway improvements. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson explained these improvements would occur as part of the <br />Sunwood Drive/Rhinestone Street construction. These roads will be built out to their ultimate <br />condition. <br /> <br />COUNCIL/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Counci hnember Kurak inquired about the agenda of the Councilmembers that will be traveling to <br />Washington D.C. and requested in the future the Council be informed as a group of the agenda. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman reviewed the agenda and the congressional representatives that the <br />Councilmembers will meet with to discuss needed funding. <br /> <br />Police Chief Way reported four of the businesses on the Business Registration Certificate list <br />have not responded to the letters and phone contacts made by the City.
