Assistant Public Works Director Olson replied the parking ramp is currently in the design phase. They will continue to aggressively pursue additional grant opportunities. The hope is to get it constructed this year, but it is not certain that will be done. Councihnember Zimmerman questioned if the City would lose funding for the Park and Ride. Assistant Public Works Director Olson responded in the negative. Councilmember Strommen inquired about regional roadway improvements. Assistant Public Works Director Olson explained these improvements would occur as part of the Sunwood Drive/Rhinestone Street construction. These roads will be built out to their ultimate condition. COUNCIL/STAFF INPUT Counci hnember Kurak inquired about the agenda of the Councilmembers that will be traveling to Washington D.C. and requested in the future the Council be informed as a group of the agenda. City Administrator Norman reviewed the agenda and the congressional representatives that the Councilmembers will meet with to discuss needed funding. Police Chief Way reported four of the businesses on the Business Registration Certificate list have not responded to the letters and phone contacts made by the City. By City Ordinance, a citation can be issued to these businesses. Mayor Gamec requested this information be included in the weekly update and indicated some of the Councilmembers may be able to contact the businesses. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councihnember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
