City Engineer Jankowski indicated this is addressed in the report and he will find this <br />information for the Council. <br /> <br />Councihncmber Elvig noted figure 7 identifies a full access east of Highway 47 at CR 116; <br />however, the county has put a barrier in this location. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski indicated that is correct. <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmennan inquired if the city of Anoka has adopted this plan yet. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied he believes they adopted it without the public input process last <br />year. Anoka County will still be taking this to their board. His attempt is to get all the adopting <br />agencies to pass a resolution and put it in the appendix. He indicated figure 7 will be corrected. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated once this study is adopted they can push for the funding. He noted the <br />school is right in/right out, however, the report indicates there is also a left in. He directed staff <br />to look at the wording in this area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to <br />Resolution #04-03-081 adopting the CR 116 Corridor Study with the following corrections: <br /> · Inclusion of the planned connection of CR 116 to Highway 10. <br /> · Correction of the left in shown at the school. <br /> · Correction of the full access shown at Highway 47 and CR 116. <br /> <br />adopt <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson inquired if the Council wants to include the planned CR <br />116 connection to Highway 10, as it is not known how it will extend with the fiver crossing. <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmerman suggested a dashed line be included on the map. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski reviewed page 29 of the report regarding the future extension of CR <br />116. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Kurak, Cook, Elvig, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: Adopt Five Year Strategic Planning Goals <br /> <br />Acted on as Case #1A. <br /> <br />Case #16: Consider Adoption of Resolution Creating a Town Center Review Board <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the development agreement with the Ramsey Town <br />Center LLC (RTC), entered into on September 17, 2003, discussed the creation of a Town Center <br />Review Board (TCRB). As part of the Town Center Zoning District the Review Board is also <br />discussed as a necessary step in the planning process for all Town Center development project <br /> <br />City Council/March 23, 2004 <br /> Page 21 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
