Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Kurak, Elvig, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmennan. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Outlots A and J Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted the Master Development Agreement between the City of Ramsey and <br />Ramsey Town Center LLC requires that the City convey Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center <br />Addition and Outlot J.
