AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- . TION 9.20.25(3)(b) "TC TOWN CENTER ZONING DISTRICT" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- TA. The City of Ramsey ordains: . SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance/104-11 bas been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing tile public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-11 to amend Chapter 9.20.25 (Town Center Zoning District ) of the Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to specify the measurement of front yard setbacks and length of driveway for units zoned Town Center. SECTION 2. EJ-_FECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
